The Pines at Glens Falls, recently named one of US News and World Best Nursing Homes for 2024, is seeking a RN Night Supervisor to join our team!

 

Full-Time 11p-7a

Monday-Friday with on-call rotation

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

  • Valid NY state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
