National Health Care Associates is Hiring a Nurse Scheduler for their in-house Agency, Preferred Professional Services

• PPS Agency supplies staff to our facilities affiliated with National Health Care Associates Inc.'s network of nursing homes in the Northeast.
• Full-time position in a professional office.
• The hours are Monday-Friday Day, with the potential of on-call during the week.

 Primary Functions:

• Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities Nursing Staff. 
• Replace callouts in the facility

What You'll Bring:

• Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff while problem-solving their staffing needs.
• Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances are warranted and to remain calm during emergencies
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience as a scheduling nursing staff for an Agency
