What You'll Do:
As a Regional A/R Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the collectability of the accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities of a Regional A/R Account Manager:
* Manage and oversee the accounts receivable reporting functions for multiple facilities
* Work with the Corporate Director of AR in reviewing outcomes of facility AR reporting
* Will be assigned projects for auditing, review and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize the AR process and ensure timely collections
* Review and submit monthly collections reports, including Private Payors and Top 10 accounts.
* Coordinate with Regional Team Members to resolve billing discrepancies and address payment issues
* Attend team meetings as requested to collaborate on issues and successes
* Work SWOTs both on and off site to provide insight to the facility regarding their AR
* Act as a liaison between the regional offices and corporate headquarters, communicating AR status, trends, and challenges
** This travel position is based in CT, but may have local out of state travel when needed.
