The Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation in West Hartford, CT, one of the finest Centers in the state of CT, is seeking an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator. Hebrew is a beautiful 260-bed Center, with a long-serving successful Administrator who is there to mentor and develop the Assistant NHA as they grow and gain the necessary experience to become Administrator of Record (AoR) at their own Center.
The successful Assistant NHA will be located within a 45-minute max commute of the Center in West Hartford and be expected to oversee and manage multiple Unionized and Non-Unionized departments i.e. Social Work, Housekeeping, Laundry, & Recreation.

Hebrew Center is fully staffed, with negligible Agency personnel, and is scheduled to soon begin a multi-million complete refurbishment. The Center's clinical operations are solid; the building carries a CMS 4-star overall rating with a very stable Director of Nursing and a great leadership team. The local community strongly supports the building, which maintains an excellent reputation.
What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will help leading the the day-to-day operations of the facility. You will participate in the development and execution of the strategy for operational excellence and growth in the center, working toward goals and objectives aligned with the mission. Your leadership will help shape the culture of the team and drive excellence in care delivery, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
