About the AIT Program

Our AIT Program offers hands-on experience in the full spectrum of operations in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), preparing you to lead with confidence, integrity, and compassion.

Program Highlights

  • Duration: One Year
  • Hands-on Rotations Across Key Departments, including:
    • Administration
    • Human Resources
    • Clinical
    • Finance
    • Business Development and Marketing
    • Social Services
    • Environmental Services

Core Training Areas Include:

  • Healthcare operations

Qualifications (General Guidelines):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria
  • Prior management experience in healthcare (preferred)
  • Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
