What You'll Do:

As the Corporate Director of Clinical Dietitians, you’ll lead and elevate nutrition standards across 45 skilled nursing and assisted living communities. This high-impact role ensures compliance, fosters excellence in clinical nutrition, and supports our mission to provide person-centered, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of nutrition programs across all centers, ensuring alignment with clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational goals
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of registered dietitians, fostering professional growth, accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality nutrition care
• Design and evaluate evidence-based menus and nutrition plans that meet medical, cultural, and personal needs while optimizing quality, cost-efficiency, and resident satisfaction
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and vendor partners to strengthen food service performance and integrate nutrition into holistic, person-centered care
• Champion continuous improvement through quality assurance and performance initiatives (QAPI), survey readiness, and data-driven decision-making
• Serve as the organizational nutrition expert, representing the department at executive and regional meetings, and leading training and education programs that elevate clinical practice and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications of a Corporate Director of Clinical Dietitians include:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics or related field
• Proven experience in long-term or post-acute care
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Expertise in menu planning, food service operations, and quality improvement
• Ability to travel across NHCA’s states of operation (CT, ME, NH, MA, NY, VT)
• Valid driver’s license required
