The Pines at Glens Falls, a 5-Star CMS-rated, recently renovated 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center, and a member of the National Health Care Associates Family of Facilities, is seeking a Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
Glens Falls is known for their Pulmonary Care and is the only site around with an onsite Respiratory Therapist and Pulmonologist. They are also well-known for their Wound Care Program and have a certified Wound Care Nurse on staff. The center runs close to full and with a high-volume of admissions and discharges.
